Painterner Intelligence Delete Request Playbook

Scope
You may request deletion of portal accounts, alpha/beta datasets, uploaded assets, exported logs, or any other content stored inside the Painterner Intelligence environment.
How to Request Deletion
All deletion requests are handled via email. Please send the following:

Suggested subject: Delete Request · [Company/Name] · [Product]
Include at minimum:
- Contact name plus a verifiable email or Discord handle.
- The accounts, datasets, or projects you want removed.
- Related contract or ticket numbers, if any.
- Desired completion date or compliance context.
Process
- We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete them within 30 days (or explain why not possible).
- If law or audit requirements force partial retention, we will communicate it first.
- Upon completion we send confirmation email and, if needed, destruction evidence.
Verification
To prevent unauthorized deletions we may ask for additional verification, such as replying from the contracting email, confirming via Discord or a call, or providing a signed deletion directive.
