1. Information We Collect

We follow a data-minimization principle and only gather what is necessary to deliver services:

• Basic contact details (name, email, organization) for collaboration and access control.
• Operational logs and audit events for security tracing and compliance.
• Customer-authorized prompts, samples, or files strictly for tuning or fulfilling deliverables.

2. How We Use Data

• Deliver alpha/beta experiences and consulting engagements.
• Improve quality, latency, and reliability.
• Detect and mitigate abuse.
• Meet legal, audit, and regulatory requirements.

3. Processing & Storage

We process data on cloud infrastructure primarily located in APAC and North America, protected by access controls, encryption, least-privilege practices, and regular penetration tests. Customers can specify residency zones or request customer-controlled deployments via contract.

4. AI Content & Logs

Inference requests triggered via the portal may log prompts, outputs, and evaluation scores for debugging. Unless expressly authorized, we do not use this data to train external commercial models and never share it with advertising platforms.

5. Data Sharing

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We only share data with trusted infrastructure or security vendors when required, under contract.
• We may disclose data when compelled by law or government requests and will provide notice when legally possible.

6. Retention & Deletion

Data is retained only as long as business operations or legal obligations require. Customers can request deletion or export via the portal or email; we respond within 30 days. Following project closure, we can destroy remaining copies and provide confirmation upon request.

7. Data Subject Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, port, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children

Our services target professional users with full legal capacity. We do not direct offerings to children under 13 and delete any such data once identified.

We may update this policy as products or regulations change. Significant updates will be announced on the portal, via email, or through Discord. Continued use means you accept the revised policy.
